ISA Server 의 클라이언트 종류
ISA 서버의 클라이언트의 종류는 3 가지가 있다.
- Firewall clients : ISA 서버가 설치가 되면 firewall clients 를 설치할 수 있는 공유 폴더가 생성이 되는데 이 클라이언트 프로그램이 설치가 되고 기능을 사용가능한 클라이언트이다.
- Secure network address translation (SecureNAT) clients : firewall clients 소프트웨어가 설치 되지 않은 클라이언트이다.
- Web Proxy clients : 웹 어플리케이션에서 설정(IE) 되는 클라이언트이다.

Firewall 클라이언와 SecureNAT 클라이언트 는 웹 브라우져를 이용해야 할 경우 웹 프락시 클라이언트가 될 수 있다. 이런 경우 HTTP, FTP, HTTPS, and Gopher 서비스는 웹 프락시 서비스로 이용이 가능하며 여타의 다른 요청이나 프로토콜 들은 Firewall 서비스에 의하여 이루어 진다.
